Q: Who is Bali Sourcing Services?
A: Bali Sourcing Services is the products and services division of The De Vishnu Group, a fully registered and independently owned and operated company, based in Bali Indonesia.

Q: What do you do?
A: Bali Sourcing Services provides overseas buyers with a complete range of integrated services to support the design, production, and export of Bali and Indonesian handmade finished products. Bali Sourcing Services deals exclusively in finished handmade product lines such as Furniture, Sterling Silver Jewelry, Home Decor, Clothing & Fashion, and Gazebo's. Bali Sourcing Services also arranges local shopping trips for buyers, and acts as a sourcing and buying agent on behalf of overseas buyers.

A: We are both B2B and B2C focused.

Q: Who are your customers?
A: Customers using our services include private buyers who purchase product for their personal use; professional wholesalers, importers and retailers who purchase product for wholesale or retail outlets, chains, stores and shops; home ware, furnishings and fashion accessories suppliers; and interior designers & decorators for hotels, villas and resorts.

Q: What time can I contact you?
A: Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm; Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm. A Customer Services Representative is available 24 x 7.

Q: I can't find the product that I want, can you help?
A: Yes. Let us know what you want and we will source it for you. We will act as your local sourcing agent. You don't even have to come to Bali. We will find it for you. See our Sourcing & Buying Services section for more information.

Q: Some of your products are close to what I want, but not quite. Can you help?
A: Yes, we can. We design and make most of our products ourselves, and we are continually redesigning our collections to stay fresh and original. We love designing new items, so send us a rough drawing with the color, material, pattern, finishing, quantity, and size specifications – and we will get back to you. See our Design Services section for more details.

Q: How do I know that what I see is what I get?
A: The million-dollar question, and the one question we are asked the most. From the time you place your order, until the time it is ready to ship, we supervise and oversee the entire production and handling of your order. We make sure your product is made to the correct color, size, and material specifications. We make sure the work is arranged in the most effective and efficient manner to meet time and date milestones. Q: How often do you update your catalogues?
A: We add new items to existing collections continuously, and we try to add a new product collection in one of our catalogue lines at least once a month. Every Friday we update new items and pages to the web. Check back regularly or sign up for our regular Hot Products newsletter to get the latest in handmade products from Bali and Indonesia.

Q: Why do some of your products have a price and others do not?
A: We do print the prices for products that we have in stock. We do not print our prices for products that we need to make to order. For made to order products, we do not publish online our prices for two reasons: 1). most of the products we display are manufactured by ourselves. . . and most of our business customers do not want their customers to know what they pay; and 2). prices for made to order products are determined by the volume of an order, and each customer wants a different number of a particular product, so we have a sliding scale of prices linked to the quantity of the product ordered.

Q: Can you give me exclusivity on your products?
A: If you are able to guarantee an agreed minimum order amount per annum, we may be able grant you exclusive rights to a collection or product line, for a specific geographic location.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: For products in stock, use our shopping cart facility to order and purchase your products online. For made to order products simply send us an Inquiry Form or Order Form and we will get back to you. You will find more information on placing an order on our How To Order page.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: If you use our shopping cart facility to purchase products, you are able to pay by credit card online. For made to order products you may choose to pay offline by telegraphic transfer between banks, by faxing your credit card details to us, or online by using our secure online credit card processing system located on this site. You will find more information on how to pay for an order, online or offline, in our How To Order section.

Q: Most other sites have a minimum order amount. Do you?
A: No, we do not have a minimum order amount. We do not expect you to order a large quantity of products without having an initial sample, and not having done business with us before. Developing trust takes tim. And it is two ways.

Q: Can I change the quantity of items I have ordered?
A: Adding more items or increasing the quantity is easy. Reducing the amount is not so easy, especially when production has begun, and we have committed financially to our manufacturer for a set number of items at a set price. We want to keep the relationship with both parties, but there are certain times when an order cannot be cancelled or reduced.

Q: Can I get a refund of my deposit if I change my mind, or I want to cancel the order?
A: If production of your order has begun, than we cannot refund your deposit. If production of your order has not begun, than we can refund the deposit.

Q: How do you pack items?
A: Carefully, like we would our own.

Q: How do you send me my products?
A: Depending on the volume, size, and value of your order, we will send you your products by sea, air, or courier. You will find more information on the shipment of your order in our How To Order section.

Q: Do I need to insure my products?
A: Yes. Don't even think about not insuring your order. It is not worth the risk.

Q: When can I expect to get my order?
A: The lead-time for an order depends on the size of the order, and the quantities of each item. You will find more information on the delivery time of your order in our How To Order section.
